Any NH based business, exclusively owning their own web site, domain and web site content and having products or services reasonably matching any existing DirectoryNH.com category,
may receive one link at no charge, (subject to a $9.95 Review Fee) provided that ALL of the following are true:

On either the Home page (i.e. index page), About Us or Contact Us pages, the website contains the business's legal name, the business phone number listed with Directory
Assistance and a complete posted mailing or physical address for the business.

The site is complete, not under construction, is reasonably up to date and contains ZERO Pop-Ups.

The site contains an expanded description of services or products sold.

The site is relatively free of PPC or banner advertising.

The site is reasonably unique, not created by template and/or very similar to others' same-industry sites.
Any business with a NH office, may receive one link at no charge, (subject to a $9.95 Review Fee) provided that ALL of the following are true:

The website has a link to, or a link to discover, the local NH office on the Home page or primary entrance page of the website.
- The office's local phone number is listed with Directory Assistance, and that number and a complete mailing or physical address for the NH office is clearly posted online.

The site is complete, not under construction, is reasonably up to date and contains NO Pop-Up Ads.

The site contains an expanded description of services or products sold.

The site is relatively free of PPC or banner advertising.
Any individual, company or corporation doing business in NH, but failing to meet any of the above criteria, may purchase a link for $40 annually.
For any category where the normal link requirements have been waived, or, for any individual doing business in NH, but not having a business phone number
listed with Directory Assistance may purchase a link for $40
annually. In such cases the home office nature of the business will be clearly disclosed.
Each link will be attributed to the city contained in the website's posted address.
NH Associations, Clubs, Arts Organizations & NonProfits
Any non-profit association, club, art or youth organization, or performance
group (band, chorus, theater troup, etc.) shall receive ONE
link without regard to contact or telephone
restrictions provided that there shall be nothing offered
for sale directly via the website. In the latter case a telephone
number and a mailing address for for the organization MUST
appear online. Submitting organizations must still pay the $9.95 Review Fee but by submitting a
photocopy of their 503(c) IRS Non-Profit Determination Letter will have their Review Fees returned by mail.

With ALL LISTINGS DirectoryNH reserves sole discretion to determine
appropriateness of inclusion, placement and descriptive verbiage.
DirectoryNH also reserves the right, in it sole discretion
and for the public interest, to create non-compensated links
to businesses, organizations or facilities outside NH as it deems appropriate.
