ASHUELOT BRIDGE
Winchester, NH

Also called the Village Station Bridge, this attractive structure is still in use, and is considered by many to be one of the state's most sophisticated antique structures.

It was originally built to accommodate the transportation of wood to the Ashuelot Railroad.

An upstream view.
