Individuals associated with DirectoryNH.com are preparing to raise nearly $10 Million Dollars
to create a new search engine, expected to launch about 1 February 2007.
A full time CEO will be needed at the completion of fund raising, approximately 1 September 2006. The selected individual will be asked to sign of a letter of intent and his or her resume will be circulated with the confidential investment prospectus.
Ideally, interested individuals will have an advanced degree in business management, computer science or computer engineering, have some sales experience, demonstrated management skills, a strong track record in setting and meeting critical goals, experience with raising investment capital and a credible history of community involvement. Compensation package will include:
1) A base salary of up to $275K DOE.
2) Full health, dental and life insurance benefits from date of hire.
3) Liberal performance based bonuses.
4) Stock and stock options.
